Ordering and shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and to selected international destinations when a shipping option is available at checkout.
When is U.S. shipping free?
U.S. orders of $99 or more receive free tracked shipping. Orders below $99 and international orders show the available rate before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, holidays and carrier disruptions can take longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking is emailed after dispatch and can take 24–72 hours to begin updating.
Fit and product use
How do I check fit?
Compare the measurements on the product page with your vehicle or pet before ordering. For help, email AlwaysAlong@bociyuan.com with your measurements and vehicle model.
Are travel products crash tested?
No product should be treated as a crash-tested restraint unless the product page expressly says so. Use a properly fitted pet harness and vehicle tether where required.
Returns and order changes
What is the return window?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, unwashed and free of pet hair, odor and damage. Dry-fit products before pet contact.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, shipping label and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation requests are accepted before fulfillment or within 12 hours of ordering, whichever comes first. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be cancellable.
