Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest carrier update.
How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from AlwaysAlong.
- Select the tracking number or “Track shipment” link.
- The carrier page will show the latest scan and estimated delivery date.
If tracking has not updated
A new label can take 24–48 hours to receive its first carrier scan. If there is no movement for 5 business days after dispatch, email AlwaysAlong@bociyuan.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Delivery issues
If the carrier marks the parcel delivered but you cannot find it, check your delivery area and household first, then contact us. We will review the tracking record and help with the next step.
Support response time: usually 1–2 business days.
