Shipping destinations
AlwaysAlong ships to the United States and selected international destinations. A destination is available only when checkout displays a shipping option for the delivery address.
Shipping rates
U.S. orders of $99 or more receive free tracked shipping. U.S. orders below $99 and international orders show the available shipping charge at checkout before payment.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Product launches, holidays and high-volume periods may take longer.
Estimated delivery
Estimated U.S. transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and carrier disruptions may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
When an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
International duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact AlwaysAlong@bociyuan.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address. If tracking shows an exception, contact us and the carrier promptly.
Split shipments
Items in one order may ship separately. If so, tracking details are sent for each parcel.
