Shipping Policy

Shipping destinations

bociyuan ships to the United States and selected international destinations. A destination is available only when checkout displays a shipping option for the delivery address.

U.S. shipping rates

U.S. orders of $99 or more receive free tracked shipping. U.S. orders below $99 are charged $5.99 for tracked shipping. International orders show the available shipping charge at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or by the carrier depend on the destination, service, peak periods, and carrier conditions. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout. A new tracking number may take 24–72 hours to receive its first carrier scan.

International duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes and delivery issues

Use the Contact page as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address.

Split shipments

Items in one order may ship separately. If so, tracking details are sent for each parcel.
