By using bociyuan or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website. Product availability, prices, and promotions may change without notice.

Product information

We work to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, images, and kit-content information. Screen colors, bead shades, handmade results, and production-batch details may vary slightly. Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected style and product notes before purchase.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, shipping restriction, or incomplete address. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, the captured amount will be refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted before fulfillment or within 12 hours of ordering, whichever comes first. Orders that have entered fulfillment may no longer be cancellable.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes unless checkout states otherwise.

DIY project safety

Craft kits may contain small parts, wire ends, beads, or components that require careful handling. They are not toys unless expressly stated. Follow the supplied instructions, keep small parts away from young children and animals, and use adult supervision where appropriate.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, bociyuan is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow product and safety guidance. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
