Product information
We work to provide accurate descriptions, measurements and images. Screen colors and handmade or production-batch details may vary slightly. Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions, fit guidance and safety limitations before purchase.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions or an incomplete address. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, the captured amount will be refunded.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted before fulfillment or within 12 hours of ordering, whichever comes first. Orders that have entered fulfillment may no longer be cancellable.
Shipping and returns
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes unless checkout states otherwise.
Safety and intended use
Pet products must be used under appropriate supervision and according to the product page. Travel accessories are not crash-tested restraints unless expressly stated. Always use a properly fitted restraint where required by law or safe practice.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, AlwaysAlong is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse, improper installation, incorrect sizing or failure to follow safety guidance. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
