We want you to feel confident when shopping with Jade Nourish.
Due to the nature of wellness tea, herbal tea, and consumable products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened tea products
- Used consumable products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the package
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
