We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During holidays, weekends, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping to the United States usually takes 7–15 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the package is shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost packages or reshipping costs.

Customs and Import Notice

Some orders may be shipped internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges that may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will help check the tracking information and assist where possible.

However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
